With over 25 years of experience in the field of real estate, Avi has worked in all areas of commercial, industrial and residential leasing and management. From finding tenants, to negotiating leases, conducting inspections and overseeing repairs, there is no part of the process that Avi is not an expert in.
Avi is fastidious in the level of service and attention to the finer details that he gives to every landlord and their property. As a long-term resident of the St Kilda East Area, Avi has managed properties across Melbourne and even in regional Victoria.
